ZeeBoer and Utopis are built on long-term relationships. Our growth did not start with large investments. In the early days, ZeeBoer was partly made possible through microfinance. This experience shaped our mindset.
It taught us to make conscious choices, to focus on real value and to innovate with purpose. That same mentality still drives how we approach product information, digitalisation and knowledge development within the construction industry.
In 2018, Antoon joined ZeeBoer as a partner. With his background in building engineering and a shared belief in standardisation and knowledge sharing, this strengthened our foundation.
Together, we work on making reliable product information accessible, among other things through Utopis. Not as a goal in itself, but as a practical means to improve collaboration, reduce errors and help construction projects move forward more efficiently.
The construction sector faces major challenges, from digital transformation to sustainability and regulatory pressure. We see it as our role to help manufacturers and suppliers navigate these changes with clarity and structure.
